Cats Protection - Atherton

**Cats Protection - Atherton & Wigan Branch** Registered Charity No. 203644 Based in Wigan, we cover postcode areas WN1 to WN8, WA3, M29, and M46. This small but active branch has limited foster spaces and a waiting list of cats that need care. We are always in desperate need of loving homes.

**Adopt a Cat:** If you are interested in adopting a cat, please reach out to learn more about the cats currently available for adoption.
 
**Neutering Assistance:** Cats Protection offers a means-tested scheme to help you neuter your cat at selected UK veterinary practices. To find out more, please call 03000 12 12 12 and select option 2 for the neutering department between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM.
 
**Lost & Found Register:** If you have lost or found a cat in this area, please check the Lost & Found section on the Cats Protection - Atherton & Wigan website.
 
**Help! Outdoor Homes Needed:** The branch often assists with the rescue and relocation of feral cats, and we would love to hear from owners of farms or small holdings who might be able to offer a home.
 
**Help! Fosterers Needed:** If you have a spare room and could temporarily care for a cat, please contact the branch.
